Costs of Service

Many people ask us, “How much does your service cost?”

I like to answer with a question: “How much does a car cost?” It really depends on what you need — the size, the features, the quality.

The same goes for architecture. Costs vary based on the project’s size, complexity, and what level of support you want.

Choosing the right service is a bit like choosing a coffee —
What size? What kind? What milk, sugar, extra shot?
Everyone has different needs and tastes.

It’s the same with architecture —
You might need just a little help, or a full service from start to finish.
We’ll guide you to the right option — one that suits your goals and your budget.

So every project starts with a meeting, followed by a combined brief and fee proposal.

We believe in clear communication, transparency, and building trust from the very beginning — so you always know what to expect and can make informed decisions at every stage.

That might mean a full service from start to finish, or just help with a few key stages — we’re happy to work on a rolling basis if that suits you better.

What we offer is professional, thorough, and built on years of experience. When you compare us to others, it’s worth asking: do they offer the same level of protection, insurance, support, skills, and knowledge? These things matter, especially when your project is on the line.
